ABOUT US:-

RSS is working under the aegis of skill development program formulated by Government of Indian. RSS has been formulated with the cooperation in the form of Registration in Govt. of NCT of Delhi, Ministry of Labor and Employment. Govt. of India. This body has been facilitated with copyright office in the domain of a professional institute ruled by Ministry of Human Resource & Development, Govt of India. The Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises. Govt of India has given us the registration as an Aadhaar Memorandum to ensure quality services in Small and medium Scale Industries in rural and semi urban areas. All India Information Technology, has been associated with RSS for IT Literacy and “Digital India” campaign. RSS has been Certified as an NBQP Member with Quality Counc I of  India for its promotion as a professional Institute providing skill training as per the norms and guidelines followed by Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India . RSS has been endorsed with Collaborative Training Programme with MSDE, Govt. of India.


Mission 

 The mission of RSS is to fill skill gap prevailing in Informal Sector and Unorganized  Market in India. Since its inception , RSS is primarily  engaged in the areas of skill development and training. development of models and teaching methodologies to strengthen the non formal education sector, services dissemination across semi urban and rural and of which are aimed at achieving an objective of addressing the skill gaps pertinent to the emerging needs of a rapidly growing economy.

 

Vision

    Under RSS, trainees with prior experience skills and competencies will   be assessed .And competence or skills and competencies will be assessed. This will be an important step towards recognizing the skills possessed by workers working in the informal sector and their inclusion. This will also facilitate the process of skill up gradation and re-skilling of the existing workforce, The focus of RSS would be on those job- roles /sectors in which      it is most desired and it will be accompanied with a strong advocacy campaign  to promote a paradigm shift in the labour market to make skills training to standards aspirational.
